So this is the beginning Vishakha’s career as a soft skills, corporate trainer and to make this beginning a great journey towards success,she has got an opportunity to work as an intern under the shadow of Ms. Samira Gupta- Founder and chief Image consultant.

She has studied B.tech in chemical engineering from a UPTU affiliated college Bharat Institute of Technology in year 2014 and startedher corporate career as a key account manager with Value Prospect consulting where she learned several skills of CRM, Sales and handling key accounts and business clients. Her area of interest has always been interacting with people, knowing them, understanding them as an individual and helping them in whatever possible way she can. This later became a reason for her to join Mphasis -an HP company where she worked as a Customer Support Officer and employee engagement SPOC for almost 2 years. There she got an opportunity to connect with 100 individuals from every walk of life in a day, where she delighted the customers by solving their concerns, thereby learning to handle customer complaints and customer service. She now intends to use her experience and passion to positively impact the world around her.

One of the key reasons behind taking training and development as profession is her ability to connect with people easily and influence the teams for better customer handling and eventually delighting the customer. She has already stepped into her career of training and trained people on topics i.e customer delight and professional calling etiquettes. The two corporates that she has worked for is GEOTECH HOMZ PVT LTD and VALUE PROSPECT CONSULTANTS. Because she crave for much more in her work which includes fulfillment, creative challenge, growth, joy and a sense of living for something more than herself. Auraa will help her achieve the purpose.
