8. Refunds & Cancellations
- All refunds and cancellations are governed by our official Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Fees paid for digital assessments (including the EPQ Assessment), downloadable resources, pre-recorded modules, or customized 1-on-1 coaching slots that have commenced or were scheduled with reserved coach bandwidth are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where mandated by applicable law.
